Throughout my younger years of growing up on a farm I have always been interested in the production and consumption of fresh produce. My parents always surrounded me with vegie gardens and fresh meat, and through these experience sprouted my passion for nutrition.  

Cooking fresh seasonal produce and sharing it among my family and friends is one of my favourite things to do. I created this page to hopefully inspire and educate the general population of not only the health benefits of healthy lifestyles, but also the enjoyment one can get out of eating perfect seasonal produce. Making some of those processed items that everyone has a weakness for, healthy and enjoyable. 

Everyone eats products that might not be classed as 'healthy' however, there is a need for balance in ones diet in order to be the healthiest you can be. Yes we should consume products that have less saturated fats and refined sugars. However, a slice of cake at a friends birthday is good for our 'souls'. Moderation is the key to a healthy happier you. Don't torture yourself with relentless healthy eating.
